All artwork, designs, and imagery remain the intellectual property of Kirsty McNeill Artistry and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.
Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed (e.g., for business use or branding).
Payment is required before work begins on any commission or before dispatch of ready-to-ship items.
I reserve the right to decline commissions that are inappropriate, offensive, or misaligned with my artistic style or brand.
Prices, policies, and product availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
