Processing Times

• Custom Commissions: Typically dispatched within 3–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and current workload. You'll receive a timeline estimate when placing your order.

• Prints & Ready-to-Ship Artwork: Dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Methods

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 is included as standard for UK deliveries.

• For higher-value or original artwork, I highly recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery for enhanced security, tracking, and full insurance. This option can be arranged during the order process or at checkout if ordered through Etsy.

• International orders are shipped via a tracked service where available for an additional charge. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Packaging

• All artwork is carefully and securely packaged.

• Depending on size and medium, items may be sent flat or rolled in a tube.

Delivery Issues

• If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up within the expected timeframe, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. I’ll always do my best to help.
